摘要
用Beckman865型和FQ型CO2。分析仪对西洋参和吉林人参叶片进行了比较测定。主要结果是,西洋参叶片与吉林人参叶片的净光合速率以及光合作用光饱和点基本一致,但在不同温度条件下变化较大。西洋参叶片光合作用的最适温度为20℃~30℃,而吉林人参叶片光合作用的最适温度为18℃~25℃。不同温度条件下光饱和点也有较大变化,西洋参叶片在低温条件下光饱和点低于吉林人参叶片,但在高温条件下,西洋参叶片的光饱和点高于吉林人参叶片。
The results showed that there are nearly same net photosynthetic rate and photosynthetic light saturation point in leaves of Panax quinquefolius and Panax ginseng. Response characteristic of photosynthesis to temperature were obvious difference. The optimum temperature was in the range of 20-30℃ in the leaves of Panax quinquefolous and was in the range of 18-30℃ in the leaves of Panax ginseng. Under low temperature (7-15℃) light saturation point of panax ginseng leaves were higher than that of panax quinquefolius. Panax ginseng leaves had higher light saturation point than that in panax quinquefolius leaves under high temperature.
