Investigation and study on the status quo of two households in Zuowei Town of Huaian County, Zhangjiakou Municipality, Hebei Province

本文根据小城镇绿色住宅产业技术研究与开发课题调研小组的实态调研资料,重点介绍了张家口市怀安县左卫镇的两户住宅调研情况,并就建筑形式、围护结构、能源消耗和室内环境质量等各调研项目进行了详细的论述分析,文章最后总结了当地住宅的优缺点并就当地住宅的发展提出合理化建议。

This article is based on the investigation materials collected from the research conducted by the research group of 'Green Technology Approaches and Industrialization for Housing Construction in Urban Towns'. It introduces the investigation results of two houses in Zuowei town, Huaian County of Zhangjiakou Municipality and then expounds quite a few research items such as building forms, enclosure structure, energy consumption and environmental quality indoors and finally concludes with the merits and demerits of the local housing and puts forward a rational proposal regarding its further development.
