摘要
本研究以在华韩资企业中的中国从业人员为对象,调查他们与韩国员工及中国其它地区员工是否存在文化差异,并分析这种文化差异的表现形式。研究揭示出这种文化差异的影响因素,最终为外资企业针对当地文化差异进行有效经营管理提供了有价值的意见与建议。特别是对在华韩资企业形成有竞争力的企业文化具有较强的借鉴意义。
Based on the empirical analysis on culture diversity of Chinese employee working in Korea-invested enterprises, this research found that different area, education, registered permanent residence, type of work and gender made significant influence on culture difference and culture diversity. This study wants to help Korea-invested enterprises make proper choice, use suitable manage- rial style, develop excellent company culture based on cultural differ- ences of Chinese employee.
