社会主义和谐社会概念的提出,使我们国家建设市场经济、民主政治和先进文化三位一体的总格局,变为同时构建和谐社会这样的四位一体的格局。从这个意义上说,更高水平的小康社会生活,不仅要使人民群众的整体物质生活水平得到提高,而且要使社会秩序和人际关系的和谐程度得到提高,这也是“华盛顿共识”为什么会受到欧洲价值观和“北京共识”的严重挑战的一个原因。因为“北京共识”提倡的是实行的社会主义市场经济,不但不要市场社会,同时还要引导市场经济,尤其是要用正确的价值观、道德观去引导和塑造市场经济。
