摘要
在调查和分析国内船舶操纵模拟器的需求情况、国际公约规定、国外船舶操纵模拟器的性能指标的基础上,对我国船舶操纵模拟器技术性能标准进行探讨,确定了标准的基本内容。考虑到船舶操纵模拟器在我国安装和应用的具体情况,将船舶操纵模拟器分为C1-C3 3个级别,以切合不同层次和类型训练的实际需求。针对不同级别船舶操纵模拟器,制定了相应的技术性能与设备配置要求。
Based on the investigation into the installation and application of shiphandling simulators in various domestic institutes and the analysis of the requirements of international conventions and simulator systems used in the key international maritime institutes, the performance standard of shiphandling simulators used in China is proposed. The simulator systems are classified into 3 classes, represented by C1 to C3, which meet the needs for different objectives and tasks. Requirements for performance and equipment have been set forth for each class of the simulators.
