摘要
基于有限元分析的基本原理,建立了热-机耦合问题分析的有限元基本方程,并对固体火箭发动机药柱在固化冷却过程进行了数值仿真.算例表明,热-机耦合分析方法能较好地仿真固体火箭发动机药柱的温度场和应力应变场,对药柱的结构完整性分析提供了一种分析方法.
Based on the FEA, the numerical method of thermal-mechanical coupling is presented. With this method, solid grains during its curing process is simulated. The example proves that the numerical method of themal-mechanical coupling can factually simulate the temperature distribute and stress distribute and strain distribute of this structure. A method for the analysis of the grains structural integrality is offered.
