气动式防盗盖铣字机的PLC控制系统设计

摘要 采用PLC设计了一种用于气动式全自动防盗盖铣字机的控制系统,介绍了该系统的自动循环工序、控制原理,给出了应用SFC图转换梯形图设计PLC控制程序的方法.该控制系统克服了传统的机械式铣字机加工效率低、结构复杂、维修困难等缺点. A kind of PLC control system in the pneumatic special purpose mill for automatic anti-counterfeited bottle caps is designed. The procedure of the automatic working cycle and the principle of the control system are introduced and analyzed, and the control program of the PLC designed by using SFC to ladder-shaped chart is also shown. This control system can solve the problems about the low efficiency of work, the complication of mechanism, and the difficulty of repairing presented in the traditional mechanical structure mills for automatic anti-counterfeited bottle caps.
