摘要 超临界流体萃取技术是一种高新分离技术,其应用和研究日益广泛。其中,超临界流体萃取植物种子油已成为热门研究课题。在众多超临界流体萃取植物种子油的研究中,传质方面的研究相对较少。本文阐述了近年来在超临界流体萃取植物种子油中传质方面的研究概况,并着重论述了其中几种重要的传质理论模型。 The supercritical fluid extraction of botanical essential oil,a great application of supercritical extraction technique,has been widely studied in recent years.Some literatures have been reported on supercritical fluid extraction of essential oil,but only few focuse on mass transfer in these extraction processes.This paper reviews the mass transfer in supercritical fluid extraction of essential oil in recent years.Three main mass transfer models and the trend in studying mass transfer have also been discussed.
