路基设计是整个公路设计工作的重中之重,它不仅直接影响公路工程造价、质量、工期,而且关系到后期运营的经济、安全、景观以及环境保护等社会效应。对太长高速公路路基各要素的设计以及路基施工中的注意事项进行了详细的分析和说明。
