摘要
介绍了一种新型的沿面放电陶瓷片臭氧电源的工作原理。该型电源经过工业试运行已投入批量生产,目前已开发出100W～300W的系列产品,使用结果证明其效率高,工作稳定,抗干扰能力强。
The working principle of power supply to produce ozone is introduced. The power supply has been produced in lot size after industry test run. Now 100 W～300 W series products have been developed. The application result proved its high efficiency, working stability and strong anti-interference.
