在排球比赛中,网上争夺激烈,要获得比赛的优势,二传技术显得十分重要。二传运动员不但要具有传球准、稳的技术,而且还应提高传球姿势的隐蔽性。因此,本文对提高排球二传技术隐蔽性的途径作一探讨,并提出一些教学及训练建议供同行参考。

In a volleyball match,competition over net is extremely intense, so pass techniques seem quite important to acquire superiority in the match. Passers should not only have techniques of correctly and stably passing the ball, but also improve their concealment techniques of pass gesture. Therefore, the paper expounds the way to improve the concealment techniques of volleyball pass,and gives some suggestions for the teaching and training as references for the same trade.
