肾移植患者服用药物FK506后血清细胞因子及生化指标的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察服用FK506的肾移植术后患者血清细胞因子及生化指标,以评价机体免疫功能的改变及生化代谢变化。方法观察130例长期服用抗排斥药物FK506的肾移植患者及80例正常人,清晨空腹抽血,30min内分离血清,利用RANDOX细胞因子芯片和EVIDENCE全自动芯片分析仪测定血清12项细胞因子;利用全自动生化分析仪及ROCHE试剂盒测定患者血液各项生化指标的变化。结果肾移植组细胞因子中IL6、IL8、IL10与正常对照组相比明显升高(P<0.01),而EGF则明显低于正常人,患者肝肾功能、酶类、无机盐及血脂等均出现不同程度变化,特别是LDH明显高于正常人群。结论服用抗排斥药物FK506的肾移植患者免疫功能仍有异常,提示可通过细胞因子测定检测患者抗排斥效果及预测异体排斥反应的发生。 Aim To evaluate the immune function and biochemical metabolism of patients treated by FK-506 after renal transplantation through measuring serum cytokines and biochemistry parameters.Methods 130 patients after renal transplantation treated by FK-506 and 80 age matched healthy volunteers have been observed.The blood was taken in the morning and fast over night and the serum was separated within 30 mins. Serum cytokines(12 items) had been measured by protein chips method purchased from RANDOX Laboratory LTD in EVIDENCE 180 automatic biochips analyzer and serum biochemistry parameters(22 items) had been measured by ROCHE diagnostic company reagents kits in HITACHI 7600DDP analyzer.Results The serum IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 increased obviously in patients after renal transplantation (P<0.01),whereas serum EGF decreased markedly (P<0.01).There were many abnormal serum biochemistry parameters have been found in patients after renal transplantation too,especially for serum LDH which is increased in patients' group.Conclusion The immune function of the patients after renal transplantation was still abnormal and serum cytokines,especially for IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10,were very useful items to follow up and monitoring the rejection of the transplanted organ in these patients.
