国产米诺环素对100株溶血葡萄球菌等CNS的体外抗菌活性观察

Observation of in Vitro Antibacterial Activity of Domestic Minocycline Against 100 Strains Coagulase-Negative Staphycoccus(Staphylococcus Heamolyticus etc)

目的为了观察国产米诺环素对100株溶血、里昂葡萄球菌等凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)的体外抗菌活性,方法用二倍琼脂稀释法测定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并与惠氏百宫制药公司生产的米诺环素进行了抑菌效果对比。结果国产米诺环素对100株CNS的MIC50和MIC90分别为2和4μg·ml-1。对42株溶血葡萄球菌和14株里昂葡萄球菌的MIC50和MIC90分别为2、2、4和4μg·ml-1,结论国产米诺环素对溶血葡萄球菌、里昂葡萄球菌和人葡萄球菌的抗菌效果很好,敏感率均为100%。

Aim To evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of Minocycline against coagulase-negative Staphylococci(S.heamolyticus,etc.).Methods Deterimination of antibacterial activity of Minocycline against 100 of strains coagulase-negative Staphylococci(S.heamolyticus,etc) was performed by using agar dilution method,and the antibacterial activity of Minocycline was compared with that of Minocycline(Wyeth-Whitehall).Results The antibacterial efficiency of Minocycline against 42 strains of S.heamolyticus,14 strains of S lugdunensis was good,and the MIC(50) and MIC(90) of the that against S.heamolyticus and S.lugdunensis were 2,2,4 and 4μg·ml^(-1) respectively.Conclusion Minocycline had strong antibacterial activity against 100 strains of coagulase-negative Staphylococci(S.heamolyticus and S.lugddunensis,etc.),and the sensitive rate of that against Minocycline and Vancomycin were 100%.
