摘要
目的建立复方硼酸软膏中硼酸的含量测定方法。方法中和法。结果硼酸在10.21～60.25mg范围内,取量与其消耗氢氧化钠滴定液(0.1mol·L-1)的毫升数呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999(n=5)。方法平均回收率为99.48%,RSD=0.37%,n=9。结论滴定终点灵敏,易于观察,能准确地测定硼酸的含量。
Aim To establish one method for the determination of boric acid in compound boric acid ointment.Method Neutralization titration.Results The calibration curves was linear over the range of 10.21～60.25mg for boric acid (r=0.999 9,n=5).The average recovery of boric acid was 99.48%(RSD=0.37%,n=9).Conclusion The titrating termination was sensitive and easy to be observed.This method is accurate for the determination of boric acid content.
