220kV电缆终端应力锥在力场中的数值模拟分析 被引量:13

摘要 电力电缆系统的故障主要发生在电缆附件部分。在220kV交联电缆附件开发过程中,橡胶应力锥的压力分布状态是要解决的关键问题。应用220 kV电缆终端的结构型式和工作原理,建立了该种电缆终端结构的数值仿真模型;结合橡胶材料的Rivlin应变能函数模型,采用增量分析方法,建立了非线性有限元方程组;应用Newton-Raphson迭代得到应力锥的位移,并计算了应力分布;根据应力锥内外侧的应力分布曲线,综合分析了应力锥轴向和径向应力状态。结果表明:橡胶材料及其结构形式对220 kV电缆终端应力锥应力分布的影响十分明显,实际工程设计中应选择适当的橡胶材料及相应的结构形式。 The breakdown of electric cable system is mostly happened on cable accessories.During development 220 kV cable terminal,the stress distribution of the rubber stress cone is the key problem.The operation principle and structure features of a 220 kV cable terminal stress cone were simply described.The numerical simulation model of the cable terminal structure was proposed.Dealt with the Rivlin model of rubber material,the system of nonlinear finite element equations were built.The displacement and stress distribution of the stress cone was calculated by Newton-Raphson method.From the curves of stress distribution of stress cone inner and outer sides,the axial and radial direction stress of stress cone were analyzed.It is the show that the influence of structure forms and rubber property on 220 kV cable terminal stress cone is very obviously.The suitable structure form and relatively rubber property should be chosen in engineering design.
