摘要
为了迎接西气东输和LNG(液化天然气)的输入,我国东部地区正在建设一批大型联合循环电厂。为使建成后的电厂占地最少、单位投资最省、建设速度最快、投产后便于运行检修,对机组的总体布置进行优化至关重要。从布置紧凑和节约用地的角度,对大型天然气联合循环电厂不同机型(300 M W及以上的以S209E“2+1”为代表的E级机组、以KA13E2-2“2+1”为代表的E级改进型和F级“1+1”单轴联合循环机组)的总体布置与占地进行了分析和比较,推荐在我国东部沿海天然气气价较高且用地相当紧张的地区,建设大型天然气联合循环电厂不宜选用E级及E级改进型机组,应选用F级机组作为基本机型。
A number of large-scale combined cycle power plants are being built in East China in line for the West-to-East Gas Transmission Project and LNG(liquid natural gas)utilization.It's key to optimize the general layout of units,for the least area,least investment per kilowatt,high-speed construction and more convenient to operate and maintenance.For the purpose of compact layout and saved area,this paper makes fully analysis and comparison in general layout and area of large-scale natural gas-fired combined cycle power plants with different gas turbine models.Typically,S209E'2+1' of E class unit,KA13E2-2'2+1' of improved E class unit and F class '1+1' single-shaft combine-cycle unit,which are commonly used in 300 MW units or above.The suggestion put forward in this paper includes neither E nor improved E class unit is suitable for East China due to the high-price natural gas and inadequate land,while F class unit should be selected as the basic model.
