对国有企业深化改革若干问题的思考

Thinking about Problems of Stated Owned Enterprises in The Process of Deepening Reformation

国有企业是我国国民经济的重要支柱。现在国有企业改革仍处于攻坚阶段,一些深层次矛盾和问题还没有得到根本解决。针对国有企业改革中涉及的重大问题要从国有企业的产权制度改革、法人治理结构、分配制度改革以及职工经济补偿金的保全这四个问题进行探索。

Stated owned enterprises are the main maintenance of our mation's economy. Now the reformation of the stated owned enterprises is in a key phase. Some complex problems have not been solved entirely. Focusing on the serious problems in the process of reformation of state owned enterprises, this article researches in four ways including the reformation of enterprises' property right system, the managing structure of corporation, reformation of income system, and compensation for employees' economy.
