马钢第一炼铁总厂“三改二”高炉改造实践

摘要 一铁总厂“三改二”高炉改造设计中采用了多项新技术、新工艺、新设备,其中,干法煤气净化系统,水冲渣系统,TRT余压发电系统,槽下布袋除尘系统,热风炉拱顶采用悬链线型等在我厂高炉改造中首次采用,整个改造仅用了三个多月的时间,创造了“马钢又一个速度”。投产第二个月高炉利用系数已达到3.1t/m3d以上,入炉焦比440kg/t,创我厂高炉开炉最快达产记录。 No.1 Iron Making General Plant “three change two” blast furnace reformation adopted many new techniques, new crafts, new equipmentses in the design, among them, stem the method coal gas the decontamination system, blunt system of dregs of water, TRT remaining presses to generate electricity the system, slot next calico sack in addition to the dust system, an adoption of an arch of hot breeze hangs an etc. of the chain line to adopt for the very first time in my factory blast furnace reform, the whole reformation used time for 3 month tightly, created“ MAGANG again a speed”.The hurl produces the second month blast furnace to make use of the coefficient is above to the 3.1 t/m3·d already, go into the stove is burnt to compare the 440 kg/t, creating my factory blast furnace to open the stove to most quickly reach to produce the record.
