摘要
介绍了安徽马钢第一炼钢厂方坯连铸机自动化控制系统的组成结构,并详细阐述了控制系统实现的各种功能,给出了应用软件开发方法、系统运行情况和功能特点,其三机电一体化系统在功能分配上为分级式层次结构,由过程控制级和基础自动化级组成,提高了系统的控制水平。
The paper introduces the composition and structure of the automatic control system of continuum-casting machine square-billet. Various functions implemented by the automatic control system are described. The application software development, system operation performance and the feature of the function of the system are given. In view of functional distribution the EIC control system is a hierarchical structure which consists of process computer control level and basic automation level. It has upgraded the control level of the system.
