随着我国加入WTO和市场经济的不断完善,施工监理的合同管理将更加符合FIDIC条款与国际惯例接轨,由于施工阶段的不确定因素多,索赔发生较多,监理工程师要遵循以法律为基础、以合同为准则、以事实为依据的原则,对索赔事件进行客观的分析和处理。

With our country joining WTO and market economy's consummating constantly,the contract management will accord with the FIDIC clause and joint with international convention. Because of many uncertainty factors and many counterclaim cases, the supervision engineer must comply with the principle based on law and according to contract's rules and facts, analyze and deal with the counterclaim cases impersonally.
