东西部地区的“两环联动”与中部地区的“引体向上”

East China and West China's Interaction with Middle China's Uplifting

新世纪随着东部大开放的深入发展和西部大开发战略的实施,加之振兴东北老工业基地战略的提出,在我国已初步形成了东西部地区“两环联动”的发展态势,而中部地区在“东西夹击”下已成为全国的“经济凹地”,成为制约我国区域经济协调发展的关键环节。在实现中国新一轮长期可持续快速增长中,中部地区应有效发挥综合比较优势,变“东西夹击”为“左右逢源”,主动伸展两臂,紧紧抓住东西部地区“两环联动”的重要战略机遇,加快实现自身的“引体向上”。

In the new century, with East China's further opening to the outside world and West China's full exploration as well as North-east China's vogorous development of the industry base, a new development trend in China with East China and West China's Interaction has initially come into being. A problem is that Middle China seems to be a quiet place in ecomomic development, which has shown a crucial knot in promoting the coordinated development of all regions. This region should turn the crucial knot into a convenient bridge, exploit its own competitive advantages, actively connects itseft with the East and the West, co-operate with them, accelerate its own ecomomic uplifting by this golden chance.
