摘要 文章介绍一种基于通用串行总线USB技术设计的测井脉冲信号采集系统,系统地讨论了硬件和软件设计过程。硬件设计包括脉冲采集模块、深度模块、遥测接口模块、USB接口模块的电路设计。软件设计重点介绍了单片机固件:固件中设备枚举部分是USB通信的重要内容;固件中对测井数据采集的处理和对整个采集系统的控制部分是实现设备功能的关键。对USB驱动程序堆栈结构和应用程序如何与USB设备通信的方法进行了简要分析。 This paper introduces a kind of well-logging pulse data acquisition system which is based on Universal Serial Bus(USB). Hardware design and software design of the whole pulse signal acquisition system are discussed. The hardware design is composed of circuit designs of pulse signal acquisition module, depth module, telemetry module and USB interface module. In the software design , MCU firmware is mainly introduced. In MCU firmware, device enumeration is very important for USB communication, and dealing with well-logging data acquisition and controlling the whole acquisition system are the key to realize the device function. USB driver stack architecture and the method of how to communicate with a USB device in application are also analyzed in this paper.
