摘要
对曲轴连杆颈X-C两轴联动数控磨削进行了曲轴连杆颈磨削的运动关系模型的推导,给出了X-C两坐标的插补算法,并对该算法的逼进误差情况作了分析,介绍了高速高精度采样插补控制技术方面的主要研究成果。
The model of the crankpin grinding motion relation was put forward.The interpolation algorithm of X-C two axes linkage motion was investigated,and the approach error of this algorithm was studied.Meanwhile,the technology of high-speed and high-precision sampling interpolation was analyzed.
