柱塞缸驱动力控制系统数学模型的研究与应用

摘要 对比例溢流阀———柱塞缸控制系统的数学模型进行了理论分析。探讨了利用力传感器、数/模和模/数转换器及比例溢流阀,在柱塞缸液控系统中实现驱动力闭环控制的问题。并对其在挤压机中的应用作了深入的研究,文中所述方法对挤压机的机电系统控制具有普遍意义。 The mathematical model of the driving force system of piston cylinder which is controlled by a proportional relief-valve was analyzed. How the hydraulic extrusion press works was explained and the fundamental principle of its closed loop controlling system was introduced. The method was studied for how to control extrusion press through proportional relief-valve,A/D,D/A and programmable controller.According to the realistic need,the working press of the system can be adjusted by using electrohydraulic proportional relief-valve in process.
