摘要
设计开发了一种基于PLC的高压磨微粉生产线的控制系统,阐述了其工艺流程、控制要求以及控制系统的硬件结构、程序设计。系统具有生产线自动延时顺序启动和停机,状态监测和故障报警,高压磨负荷控制,分级机转速控制等功能。
Control system based on PLC for high pressure pulverizer product line was designed,its producing flow and control requirements were described,and hardware and software of the control system were designed.The system has the functions of manual/automatic control conversion,automatic start and stop,high pressure pulverizer load control,condition monitoring,failure detecting, and classifier rotate speed control.
