基于CORBA的轧机远程监测与故障诊断系统

Remote Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System Based on CORBA Technology for Rolling Mill

针对目前Internet上常用的www技术不能解决所有的远程故障诊断事务,本文介绍了一种基于CORBA及SOAP/WebService技术的轧机远程监测与故障诊断系统的具体解决方案。该系统采用CORBA技术与SOAP/WebService技术相结合,并基于B/S模式,能够完成信号采集、实时数据动态显示,解决了防火墙穿越以及大量数据实时传输的问题。经过运行证明,该系统具有较高的可靠性和稳定性,能对轧机的运行状态及时做出判断。

As the www technology which is commonly used on the Internet at present can’t solve all remote fault diagnosis,a detailed solution to the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on CORBA and SOAP/Web Service technology for rolling mill was introduced.The system integrates CORBA technology with SOAP/Web Service technology and is based on B/S model.it can perform signal collection and the real-time data dynamical display,and solves the problems of firewall traversing and a great deal of on-line data real time transmission.The result of a long time running proves that the system has better security and well stability. It can judge the running-condition of rolling mill in time.
