摘要
介绍了PLC在工业机械手控制系统改造中的应用,通过其程序设计,展示了运用功能指令比完全采用基本逻辑指令具有更明显的优点。实践表明:该控制系统连线简单、功耗低、可靠性高;对类似设备的控制系统的改造或设计有一定的指导意义。
The application of PLC in the rebuilding of industrial manipulator control system was rebuilt.Comparing with the program which uses the basic logic instruction completely,it shows the merit of using functional instruction in the program design.The practice shows this control system has the character of simple structure,low power depletion and high reliability.It is useful for the rebuilding and design of similar device control system.
