摘要 设计决策与分析评价是设计工作中密切相关的两项工作。提出了支持产品协同创新开发的决策模型,并分析其决策过程。建立了产品方案分析评价指标体系及灰关联分析评价模型,提供对产品的协同创新开发方案分析、优选的决策支持。研究了基于层次分析法的加权灰关联分析方法,改善分析评价的可信度和可靠性。研制方案分析评价系统,给出了断路器机构系统协同创新方案分析评价实例。应用表明了决策模型和分析方法的正确性及高效性。 Design decision and analysis appraisal are closely relative during the course of design. Based on the decision model, which supports collaborative innovation development of products (CIDP), and analysis of decision process, it builds appraisal index system of the CIDP scheme and the grey relative analysis model to provide decision support for scheme analysis and optimization of the CIDP. To improve reliability and dependability of analysis appraisal, it proposes the methods of grey relative analysis based on AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), develops the scheme analysis and evaluation system. The results show that the decision model and analysis method are correctness and high efficiency.
