摘要
对某大型汽轮发电机组从设计、工艺和厂内平衡质量等方面进行分析,找出该机组在现场发生不平衡振动的原因。介绍了采用现场动平衡方法消除机组振动的具体过程。
The unbalance excited vibration of a certain large steam turbine-generator set is being analyzed from the aspect of design, technology and shop balancing. What caused the on-site observed unbalance excited vibration is being analyzed and the procedure of on-site dynamic balancing used for solving the problem explained.
