子宫内膜自然杀伤细胞研究进展

摘要 子宫内膜自然杀伤细胞(uNK细胞)是最丰富的蜕膜淋巴细胞,其高度表达穿孔素,为早孕期间滋养层细胞侵入蜕膜提供帮助。且分泌多种细胞因子如集落刺激因子(CSF),肿瘤坏死因子(TNF),白血病抑制因子(LIF),转移生长因子(TGF),干扰素(INF)等,形成一个网络,彼此协调,在母胎界面的免疫调控中起重要作用。就uNK细胞的生物学特征、分化、聚集增生、激活和在子宫内的作用等方面综述该领域的研究进展。
