饲料中碳水化合物水平对大口黑鲈Micropterus salmoides生长、鱼体营养成分组成的影响 被引量:28

摘要 以面粉作为主要碳水化合物,用啤酒糟和骨粉替代部分面粉配制碳水化合物水平(w)分别为23%、19%和15%的3种配合饲料,饲养(8.1±0.1)g大口黑鲈76d,对大口黑鲈Micropterussalmoides生长、体营养成分组成和血液生化指标进行测定和分析。结果表明,碳水化合物水平为19%组大口黑鲈的增质量率、特定生长率和蛋白质效率最高,而饲料系数最低;高碳水化合物会增加大口黑鲈肌肉的脂肪积累;饲料中w=15%~23%碳水化合物主要影响大口黑鲈内脏器官的相对质量及肝脏营养成分组成。 An experiment was conducted to determine the effects of dietary carbohydrate levels on the growth, nutrient composition of largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides). Fish were fed with isonitrogenous (47% crude protein) and isolipidic (9% crude lipid) diets with three carbohydrate levels (23%, 19% and 15%, respectively) for 76 days, respectively. Growth performance and nutrient composition were determined. The best growth performance and feed utilization efficiency were obtained for fish fed diets containing 19% carbohydrate content. Muscle lipid content increased with increasing dietary carbohydrate levels. The relative weight of carcass and nutrient composition of liver were significantly affected by dietary carbohydrate levels.
