人胎盘埋植疗法对去卵巢大鼠雌二醇水平和脑胆碱酯酶活性的影响

摘要 目的探讨人胎盘埋植疗法对去卵巢大鼠雌二醇及脑内乙酰胆碱酯酶的影响。方法测定和比较以下四组3个月龄SD雌性大鼠的雌二醇、脑胆碱酯酶含量;(1)实验组摘除双侧卵巢,不同剂量胎盘皮下包埋;(2)阴性对照组去除卵巢,无治疗;(3)阳性对照组去除卵巢,用雌激素治疗;(4)假手术组不摘除卵巢。结果高、中剂量人胎盘组的雌二醇水平高于阴性对照组(P<0.01);脑胆碱酯酶活性低于阴性对照组(P<0.01)。低剂量组与阴性对照组比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论高、中剂量人胎盘能提高去卵巢大鼠的雌激素水平,并能抑制其脑内胆碱酯酶的活性。 Objective To study the effect of subcutancous embedding human placenta on deovary rat estradiol and cerebral cholinesterase.Methods Three-month SD rats were divided into four groups.The deovary rats in testing group were given three defferent doses of subcutaneous embedding of human placenta.The rats in the negative controls were deovary without any treatment.The rats in the positive control were deovary and treated with E_2.Sham operation was performed in the sham operative group without deovary.Measurements included serum estradiol and cerebral cholinesterase in all groups.Results Estrodiol level in the rats given high or middle dose of subcutaneous embedding hunman placental was significantly higher than that in the negative controls(P<0.01),while cerebral cholinesterase was significantly lower than that in the negative controls(P>0.01).Conclusion High or middle dose human placental embedding can increase the estrodiol level and decrease the cerebral cholinesterase activity in the deovary rats.
