添加不同水平的蛋氨酸对蛋鹌鹑生产性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在14周龄北京蛋鹌鹑日粮中分别按0.05%、0.10%、0.15%和0.20% 四个水平添加蛋氨酸.结果表明:在40 d的试验期内,试验组比对照组料蛋比、产蛋总重、产蛋率、死淘率、经济效益差异显著(P<0.05),平均蛋重、蛋的破损率、畸形蛋、耗料差异不显著(P>0.05).从经济效益看,以0.10%组最好,0.15%组次之,0.20%组最差,这说明经济效益不随添加量的增加而不断提高,达到一定量时,反而会下降.建议在蛋鹌鹑的日粮中添加0.10%~0.15%的蛋氨酸较合适. Four levels of methionine of0.05%, 0.1%, 0.15% and 0.2% are added in the diet for Beijing egg-laying quails with an age of 14 weeks respectively. The results showed that the differences of feed-egg ratio, total egg weight, laying rate, death rate and economic benefit were significant (P<0.05) and the differences of average egg weight, broken egg rate, malformed and feed con- sumption were not significant (P>0.05) within the test period of 40 d, in comparison of the test groups with the control group. Loo- king from the economic benefit, the group of 0.1% was the best, the group of 0.15% was the second and the group of 0.2% was the worst. This indicated that the economic benefit was not improved along with increase of adding amount, but lowered instead while reached a certain adding amount. It is recommended to add a proper amount of 0.1% ~0.15% methionine in the diet for egg-laying quails.
