粤北某农村水污染与肿瘤死亡相关性研究

STUDY ON CORRELATION BETWEEN POLLUTED WATER AND TUMOR DEATH.

目的:对粤北某农村居民饮用水水质污染与该地肿瘤高发、死亡原因进行相关性分析。方法:设立观察村和对照村,并分别进行家庭饮用井水的水质和全部人口死亡构成及死因分析。结果:观察村饮用水中重金属铅、砷、汞元素含量明显高于对照村,差异有统计学意义(P<0·001);农村居民5年死亡率观察村、对照村分别为3·09%和1·55%,标准化死亡率分别为1·36%和0·87%(以两村人口总和数据为标准);死因构成中观察村肿瘤占57·8%,其中食道癌占31·3%,对照村肿瘤占20%。标准化率分别为35·33%和7·78%(以两村死亡人数总和为标准)(P<0·001)。结论:某矿山废水已污染附近农村居民饮用水,并与该村的高肿瘤死亡率具有某种相关性。

Objective:To analyse correlation between polluted water and tumor death in somewhere of Yuebei countryside.Methods:The observed rurality and control rurality were designed.Causes of death,causes of death and random sampling home drinking water quality were analysed.Results:Content of Pb, As and Hg in observed rural drinking water was significant higher than the control group.There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.001) .Rural five-year death rate of observed rurality and control rurality respective were 3.09% and 1.55% , their standard mortalities rate respectively were 1.36% and 0.87% (all people of two groups as standard) . As constitution of causes of death , observed rural tumor occupied 57.8% and carcinoma of esophagus occupied 31.3% , control rural tumor occupied 20% , their standard rates respectively were 35.33% and 7.78% (all died people of two groups as standard) (P<0.001) .Conclusion:The mineral waste water has polluted drinking water near rural resident.There were some correlation between polluted drinking water and high tumor death rate.
