资中县艾滋病关怀试点生活质量改变评价

EVALUATION ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF LIFE QUALITY OF PLWHA UNDER AIDS-CARE PROGRAM IN ZIZHONG COUNTY.

目的:评价艾滋病关怀中感染者生活质量变化。方法:使用简便的非标准量表进行测量。结果:艾滋病毒感染给感染者的生活质量带来很大的负面影响,在没有抗病毒治疗的前提下,关怀项目不能阻止感染者身体健康的恶化,但确实已经对感染者的心理状况和社会关系等生活质量方面起到了很大的促进作用。结论:资中县的艾滋病关怀工作使感染者试点前已经恶化的生活质量改善了84%。

Objective:To evaluat on the improvement of life quality of PLWHA under AIDS-care program.Method:The measure method of non-standard measuring questionnaire was used in this investigation.Results:AIDS-care program can not stop deteriorating physically if there was no AIDS treatment,but it can do change the life quality of PLWHA by improving psychological situation and social relationship.Conclusion:Life quality of PLWHA of Zizhong County got 84 percent better after the pilot program than before.
