摘要
目的:研究HD-2001A生物蛋白芯片检测系统及其多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片对肿瘤诊断的临床应用价值。方法:使用HD-2001A多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测仪检测496例健康体检者、163例已知的各期各种肿瘤患者和29例肿瘤术后监测患者的12种肿瘤标志物,并对其中的223项指标使用AXSYM全自动免疫分析仪进行比对分析,相符率为98·65%65例具有病理分型。结果:被检测496例健康体检者中,超出参考值范围的结果有6例,后经随访均证实确诊为早期肿瘤患者,占1·209%;163例肿瘤患者中,133例结果异常,占81·236%。另有29例为术后监测,26例结果正常,3例结果异常。结论:多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统具有较高灵敏度和特异性,对肿瘤早期诊断有巨大潜力,可以广泛用于临床肿瘤的早期筛查、预后及疗效观察。
Objective:To study the clinical applied values of multi-tumor markers by protein biochip technology for tumor diagnosis.Methods:12 tumor biomarkers in samples from a known cancer group of 163 cancer patients were screened at different clinical stages,with 496 healthy people in control group,and case group including 163 cancer patients and 29 detected cancer patients with post-operation monitoring.We detected 223 tumor indes levels and the rate of conformation is 98.655%,compared with immuoassay method on auto-immuoassay analyzer(AXSYM,US).65 samples were provided with pathologic typing.Results:Six abnormal results beyond reference ranges were found in control group,which were finally diagnosed earlier period tumor by follow-up survey;133 results,which is 81.595 percent of 163 cancer patients,were detected abnormally by protein biochip.In addition,there were 26 patients with normal results,which were found in 29 detected cancer patients with post-operation monitoring,and only 3 results were abnormal.Conclusion:The higher sensitivity and specificity achieved by the combined use of the selected biomarkers especially show great potential for the early detection of the cancers.Mult-tumor markers by protein chip with may be applied to clinical tumor earlier screening,prognosis and effect.
