摘要
为分析添加碳纳米管的润滑油流变和润滑特性,在液体石蜡油中加入碳纳米管作为添加剂,形成的润滑介质在HAAKERV20旋转流变仪上进行了流变试验。实验结果表明,添加了碳纳米管的液体石蜡的初始粘度增大,并随着剪切速率的提高而下降,表现出明显的剪切稀化效应。为解释实验结果,推导了二阶传递函数模型表示含碳纳米管石蜡油的非牛顿流体本构关系,并分析了非牛顿流体的动态特性对润滑介质特性的影响。
To analyze rheological properties and the lubrication effect of lubricants containing carbon nanotubes, a rheological experiment was designed. Carbon nanotubes were used as additives in the liquid paraffin to form a kind of suspended lubricant. This lubricant was used in the rheological experiment and HAAKE-RV20 was used as the instrument. The experiment results show that the initial viscosity of the lubricant increases when carbon nanotubes are added, and the viscosity decreases as the shear rate increases. To interpret the experiment result, a second order transfer function was derived to specify the constitutive property of the lubricant, the effect of the lubricant's dynamic parameters to the lubrication result was also analyzed.
