摘要 自行设计了一种往复运动的摩擦磨损试验机,在该试验机上对新鲜猪股骨在不同润滑方式下的摩擦学特性进行了研究。研究结果表明:猪股骨在干摩擦、蒸馏水、生理盐水和血浆润滑时的摩擦因数分别约为0.3、0.2、0.26和0.16。猪股骨的质量磨损率在4.8×10-2~6.9×10-2mg/(m·N)之间因润滑条件不同而变化。对于上试件,磨损率由大到小的顺序为血浆、生理盐水、蒸馏水、干摩擦;对于下试件,磨损率由大到小的顺序为血浆、干摩擦、生理盐水、蒸馏水。 A to-and-fro wear test apparatus was devised to investigate the tribological properties of fresh swine thighbones under various lubrication conditions.The experimental results show that the friction coefficient were 0.3,0.2,0.26 and 0.16 respectively under dry friction,distilled water lubrication,brine lubrication and plasma lubrication,and the wear rate of the specimen varied from 4.8×10 -2 to 6.9×10 -2 mg/(m·N) under different lubrication conditions.For the upper specimen,the wear rate has the descending order under plasma lubrication,brine lubrication,distilled water lubrication and dry friction,for the lower specimen,the descending order is plasma lubrication,dry friction,brine lubrication and distilled water lubrication.
