摘要 滑动摩擦是影响等径转角挤压(ECAE)工作载荷及应变分布均匀性的主要因素。利用非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc对玻璃润滑剂在ECAE过程中的润滑行为进行了模拟分析。以模具通道外接圆弧角Ψ的变化为分析对象,Ψ取值范围为0~90°,对玻璃润滑剂在ECAE过程中的润滑行为进行了模拟分析。计算结果表明:在剪切平面附近,随着Ψ角的增大,模具与试样之间的分离间隙及相应弧段均随之减小,且沿挤压流动反方向逐渐上移,形成明显的楔形间隙。 Slide friction is the basic factor which influences the working load and uniformity of material strain distributing in the equal channel angular extrusion (ECAE) process. The lubrication behavior of glass-based lubricant during the ECAE process was simulated by using MSC. Marc. The simulation was conducted with the variety of the angle Ψ which varied from 0-90°. The results show that the clearance and its corresponding angle decrease with the increasing of Ψ. Meanwhile, they go up along the reverse direction of extrusion, which forms the distinct cuneiform clearance in the extrusion process.
