摘要
根据润滑剂在微间隙下的特性,综合考虑壁面吸附层效应和润滑剂剪切稀化特性,得到简化的综合修正粘度计算模型,并运用此结果进行了薄膜润滑轴承的性能分析,得到各参数与轴承润滑性能的关系。
According to lubricant characteristic at micro-clearance, an integrate viscosity correcting model was obtained when the adsorbent effect of wall and the shear thinning were considered. This model was used to analyze the properties of bearing under thin film lubrication, and the relation of every parameter and lubrication performance of bearing was made.
