摘要 采用自制的销盘式摩擦磨损试验机、光学及扫描电子显微镜,研究了PCrMo钢配副的干滑动摩擦磨损特性。结果表明:摩擦因数随着载荷的增加而增加,随着滑动速度的增加而减小;磨损率随着载荷的增加而增加,随着滑动速度的增加先增加而后降低。PCrMo磨损失效机理主要表现为疲劳剥落和粘着磨损。 By using self-made pin-disk tester, light microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM), the dry sliding friction and wear characteristics of PCrMo steel were investigated. The experimental results indicate that the frictional coefficient of PCrMo steel is decreased as the slide-speed is increased, and it is increased as the contact pressure is increased. The wear rates of PCrMo steel is increased as the contact pressure is increased, and it is increased at first and decreased in the end as the slide-speed is increased. The wear mechanisms of PCrMo steel are mainly fatigue scale off and adhesive wear.
