摘要
为确定乳化切削液配制的最佳配方方案,通过引用层次分析法(AHP)来确定乳化切削液各性能指标的权重,将信息熵理论和模糊物元分析理论相结合,建立了乳化切削液配方方案优选的信息熵模糊物元分析模型,并通过具体实例说明了模型的运用。结果表明,信息熵模糊物元分析法是配方方案择优的一个有效工具。
In order to determine the optimum method to confect emulsified cutting fluid, hiberarchy analytical method (AHP) was applied to determine the probabilities of various capacities indexes. Integrated information entropy theory with fuzzy matter-element, an analysis model was founded, which is for evaluating and choosing the emulsified cutting fluid method. The model was applied to practical process, the result shows that information entropy fuzzy matter-element model is an efficient tool for the determination of method.
