摘要
对R134a汽车空调制冷系统在含油工况下进行了仿真计算,试验结果验证了模型的可靠性,得出了润滑油对系统性能的影响规律,可用于进行空调系统性能分析,预测汽车空调系统的运行状况,以便得出最佳的运行工况,为汽车空调系统的设计提供了理论依据。
A numerical model employed to simulate the operation of an automobile air-conditioning system was developed,which considers in-tube flowing and heat exchange of the PAG oil contained refrigerant.Computer program was set up,and the fact that the error between the simulated data and the test data is in agreement demonstrates that this model is reliable.Advice for the optimum design of the R134a refrigerator of automobile air-conditioning system was presented.
