摘要
选用二硫化钼、石墨、三氧化二铝3种固体润滑剂,将其分别制成减摩胶,并涂覆在试样上,测定其减摩性能。试验表明:石墨和MoS2在试验条件下,其减摩胶的减摩性能优于三氧化二铝减摩胶。而将这3种固体润滑剂制成复合减摩胶涂层进行试验,减摩性能又有显著提高。
Three kinds of solid lubricant—molybdenum disulfide,graphite and Al_2O_3 were selected to be made into friction-reducing glue coating,and their friction-reducing function was tested when coated on the samples.The results show that friction-reducing function of molybdenum disulfide and graphite is superior to that of aluminium oxide.And if three kinds of solid lubricant are mixed into a kind of compound friction-reducing glue coating,its friction-reducing function is obviously strengthened.
