Research of the Effect of External Condition on the Pump Mechanical Seal

通过对泵用机械密封的实际应用和理论分析,提出了机械密封的实际密封效果不仅与机械密封自身的性能有关,且与其它零部件提供的条件以及密封辅助系统提供的条件有着重要的关系,因此在设计泵机组产品时,要为机械密封的使用提供一个良好的外部条件。

Through the practical application and theorical analysis of the pump mechanical seal,the idea was put forward that the design of mechanical seal must consider the effect of external conditions such as the effect of other parts and the assist seal system except considering the feature of mechanical seal.So a satisfactory external condition should be supplied for mechanical seal when designing the pump.
