转三价抗虫基因彩色棉的获得 被引量:5

摘要 采用农杆菌介导法将外源三价抗虫基因Bt- Cp TI- GN A导入彩色棉中,经分子检测已整合到受体植株体内,并已得到表达,目前已得到纯化株行.外源标记基因N PTII检测在T0 代就有分离现象,各代检测淘汰3~4次才能基本清除分离株或非转化株.抗虫性检测表明转三价抗虫基因彩色棉对棉铃虫具有较高抗性,而对棉蚜则作用不大. The trivalent insect-resistant gene Bt-CpTI-GNA was introduced into colour cotton through Agrobacterium meditated transformation, and identified by molecular identification to combine with in the recipient plants and express itself. Now, there have been purified transgenic plants obtained. The test by the exogenous marker gene NPTⅡ indicated that segregation took place in T_0 plants and the purified transgenic plants could be obtained by eliminating separated or non-transgenic plants 3~4 times in each generation in terms of the test by the marker gene. The insect-resistant test of transgenic colour cotton with the trivalent insect-resistant gene indicated that the colour cotton had higher bollworm resistance but did not have clear aphide resistance.
