摘要
对太白米的叶、大鳞茎和小鳞茎进行了化学成分系统预试,从大鳞茎中分离得到4个甾体生物碱苷,通过对其IR、FAB MS、SIMS、1 H NMR、1 3C NMR、DEPT、HMQC、HMBC和1 H- 1 H COSY的综合解析鉴定了其中3个结构,它们分别为茄次碱- 3- O-α- L -吡喃鼠李糖- 1→2 -β- D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 、茄次碱- 3- O-α- L -吡喃鼠李糖- 1→2 - [β- D-吡喃葡萄糖- 1→4 ]-β- D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 和茄次碱- 3- O-α- L -吡喃鼠李糖- 1→2 - [β- D-吡喃葡萄糖- 1→3 -β- D-吡喃葡萄糖- 1→4 ]-β- D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 .
The chemical constituents of the leaves, small bulbs and big bulbs of Notholirion bulbuliferum were protested systematically. The structures of the four glycosidal steroidal alkaloids were isolated from the big bulbs, and three of which were identified as solanidine-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ), solanidine-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ) and solanidine-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅳ) based on IR, FAB MS, SIMS, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, DEPT, HMQC, HMBC and 1H- 1H COSY elucidation.
