秦岭油松针叶挥发性物质的成分分析 被引量:13

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法和GC/ MS方法对秦岭林区油松针叶挥发成分进行分析测定,鉴定出油松针叶中6 5种挥发性成分,其化学成分以萜烯类 79.39% 、酯类 9.16 % 、醇类 10 .36 % 、醛类 0 .2 5 % 等为主,化合物则以α-蒎烯 5 .92 % 、β-蒎烯 6 .0 9% 、乙酸-龙脑酯 8.6 9% 、β-石竹烯 2 8.6 2 % 、α-石竹烯 5 .97% 、α-杜松醇3.2 7% 、异杜松醇 3.4 4 % 、萜烯醇 2 .2 5 % 、杜松二烯 11.33% 为主. Steam distillation and GC/MS were used to analyze and determine the volatile materials from the needles of Pinus tabulaeformis in the Qingling Ranges and 65 materials were identified mainly including such components as terpenes(79.3%),esters(9.16%),alcohols(10.36%),aldehyde(0.25%) and etc. and such chemical compounds as α-pinene(5.29%),β-pinene(6.09%),bomyl acetate(8.69%),β-caryophyllene(28.62%),α-caryophyllene(5.97%),α-cadinol(3.27%),tau-cadinol(3.44%),epi-bicyclosesquiphellandrene(11.33%) and etc.
