A Study on the Shelf Life of Positive PS Plates

本文论述了国产华光牌阳图PS版的保存性能。经自然保存长达三年并逐月取样检验试验结果证明,该版的感光性能在生产后自然保存一个月内变化较大,一个月后即保持稳定,一直到两年后尚保持基本稳定,两年以后感光度逐月下降,但即使自然存放三年,感光度尚无明显衰退现象,仍然可按正常条件使用。PS版95—100℃人工老化60分钟基本上相当于自然老化两年的时间。

This paper elucidates the keeping properties of domestic Huaguang brand positive PS plate.The plate was stored in normal warehouse for 3 years and tested un-intermittently every month.Results showed that this plate has rather significant modifications during the first month,but becomes fairly stable even after 2 years storage and can be normally used after a keeping period of 3 years.Test results also showed that the 60min artificial accelerated ageing at 95-100℃ can simulate that of 2 years natural ageing.
