透明导电氧化物MgIn_2O_4的研究进展

摘要 透明导电氧化物(TCO)材料由于它的特殊性质,在平板显示器和太阳能电池等方面得到了广泛的应用。MgIn2O4作为一种新型的尖晶石结构的透明导电材料,也受到了研究人员的重视,成为近年来的研究热点,常用的MgIn2O4材料制备方法包括固相合成、磁控溅射、脉冲激光沉积等,本文综合国外学者的一些研究成果,介绍了目前MgIn2O4材料的制备方法及其性能提高和应用。 Transparent conducting oxide (TCO) materials have many special properties, so they can be used in many application fields such as flat panel displays and solar cells. As a new spinel TCO materials, MgIn2O4 has become a focus of many researches. The common preparation methods include solid state reaction, RF magnetron sputtering and PLD (pulsed laser deposition). This paper sums up the research achievements of many foreign researchers and introduces the preparation methods of the MgIn2O4 material and its property enhancement and utilities.
